Battery Manufacturing Intelligence Company Brings On Industrial Automation Expert Melissa Holler and Semiconductor Executive Rusmin Kudinar

Emeryville, Calif. (February 13, 2024) — Liminal, a leading battery manufacturing intelligence company on a mission to propel the global adoption of electric vehicles, announced today that it has hired Melissa Holler as VP of Sales and added Rusmin Kudinar to its board of directors as an independent director.

Holler is a seasoned sales and business executive with extensive experience across a range of industries, including automotive, energy, semiconductor, chemicals, and power generation. Holler most recently served as President of Colorado-based Hexagon Digital Wave (HDW), a subsidiary of global clean energy solution provider Hexagon ASA Composites where she grew an existing ultrasonic inspection business as well as a new disruptive technology business by 69%. Prior to HDW, Holler directed software and sensing businesses at FLSMIDTH, a Denmark-based OEM and digital software supplier to the global cement and mining industries. As a sales leader in industrial automation, Holler has a successful track record of establishing and growing numerous multi-million dollar accounts and businesses.

Kudinar is a veteran entrepreneur in the high-tech equipment industry who founded and led two companies in the semiconductor inspection space to successful exits; he also served in multiple executive roles at KLA Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC), which develops and manufactures process-control and process-enabling solutions that accelerate tomorrow’s electronic devices.
